Heartbreaking fact: Rochester is one of the five poorest cities for youth in the U.S.! But many citizen groups are fighting back! One is Greentopia, founded by Ionia native and advertising exec Mike Phillipson. Greentopia seeks an urban utopia of greenspaces and gardens developed and fostered by city kids from poor city neighborhoods. And it's a big success! Mike delivers the inaugural W.B. CHAT on Thursday, March 21st, 6:30pm at the Charron Community Center at West Bloomfield UCC (the brick church at 5&20 and Co. Rd 37). Let's have a rich conversation about growing a better future for all Rochester kids. We're all in this together!
